“My one hour session with Annmarie was like nothing I have ever experienced in my life. As soon as I arrived, she already knew why I was there and what my predominant emotions were. “First thing - Annmarie did her homework. She spiritually researched me the day before and the night before our session so that she already had a grasp on what blockages I had and was well prepared for anything else that came up. We were on a video call which was helpful as we were able to better connect with one another. The first thing Annmarie noticed was a blockage in my stomach area and when she moved her hand over her solar plexus, I felt a discomfort in my solar plexus - literally. When she removed the blockage I literally felt it leave and coughed several times, then had difficulty breathing for a few seconds, but then it was gone, forever.

I have come to find out that this blockage has been with me for the past twenty-five years, nearly to the date. I had not been able to breathe a full lung capacity and it had been steadily getting worse to where I could barely read aloud half of a sentence.
